From Haiti to here
I left Haiti at six. By thirteen I was in foster care in Manatee County, in a shelter and group home run by Manatee Children's Services. I know what it is to be a kid with no foundation under him.
Today I am a licensed real estate broker and the founder of Germinal X Real Estate Authority. I have been in real estate since 2015, spent ten years in commercial insurance, and hold a degree in business administration. I serve on the board of the organization that ran that shelter. None of it is mine alone. My team, my fellow board members and the partners I work with are how I have served as many people as I have.
Companies that fill the gaps I ran into, and proof for the next kid in care. Kids in care are told they do not have to be a statistic. They need to see someone who came from where they are and is not one. My job is to make sure the next kid gets theirs.
A man of faith, a husband, a father is who I am.
